Currently, the plan has 619 registered
companies and more than 16 thousand lives,
registering an 11% growth in lives compared
to 2010. Most of the institutions that use this
service are located in Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo.
In second place for coverage is Brasília.
Customer Service Center
Created in 2007, it offers associated
institutions, which are not part of the financial
conglomerates, a center that records complaints,
suggestions, compliments and customer
questions, sending them to the ombudsman of
each institution.
There are 27 client institutions and it is made
possible by an agreement with the Telco do
Brasil call center.
ANBIMA Magazine
Available to all users through the website, the
ANBIMA Magazine celebrated 35 years of
publication in July. The publication offers the
associates an affordable option for disclosing its
financial statements, as established in Circular no.
2804
of the Central Bank.
With 426 editions, the magazine, created in 1976,
has been published on the Internet since 2001,
maintaining the same operational features. Thus,
it reduced cost and time for the institutions, while
following the evolution of technology.
In the year of its 35
th
anniversary, the magazine
had 77 subscribers.
RTM
The RTM (Market Telecommunications Network)
offers technology services in the segments of data,
voice and image for the financial market, and is
partnered with ANBIMA, which owns 80% of the
company, and Cetip. In 2011, the company gained
29
new users, totaling 522 customer institutions
operating in 20 Brazilian states.
Three new partnerships began during the year:
with Tecban, which operates in the management
of self-service banking networks; UB Sistemas,
which is specialized in compliance solutions and
risk management; and Sistema Galgo, which
exchanges information regarding investment
funds. In all, RTM now has 32 partners.
ANBIMA Store
Created to increase access to the entity’s
information and services, the ANBIMA Store
has more than 7,400 hits from visitors in 2011.
The most sought after by Internet users were, in
order of preference: Confere Government Bonds
Calculator, Confere Debentures Calculator,
Overviews, Taxation Guide and Government
Bonds Compare Calculator.
