In a workshop held in December, members from the
Board of Directors and representatives fromANBIMA
bodies discussed the strategic themes and the initiatives
of the entity’s action plan.
The plan, composed of nearly 80 initiatives
divided into seven strategic themes, was
approved in the Board of Directors meetings in
January of 2012.
The strategic agenda is a result of the
Association’s planning process, which starts
in October, when the discussion about the
initiatives and priorities for the next year is
inserted into the meeting agendas of the
Association’s bodies. The initiatives suggested
by the Board of Directors, members of the
bodies and representatives of the associated
institutions are discussed in workshops
traditionally held in December and ratified by
the directors in January’s meeting.
See below the seven themes that will guide
ANBIMA’s actions during 2012. All the
Initiatives of the Action Plan can be consulted
on the website, and are divided by the themes
that make up the strategic agenda.
